We operate the website www.cliquecart.in(hereinafter referred to as the "Website" or "Platform") through which we sell products under our brand(s) AKSHORA.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website in any manner, or by placing an order, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any other policies published on this Website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • These Terms are published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
  • Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to register on or transact through this Website without verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Listings

The Company sells gift items, home and kitchen products, children accessories, and lifestyle products through this Website.

  • All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
  • Product images are representative only. Actual product colour, texture, or appearance may vary slightly due to screen resolution or photography conditions.
  • We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or limit availability of any product at any time without notice.
  • MRP (Maximum Retail Price) displayed on the Website is inclusive of all applicable taxes, as required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
  • The Company does not sell used, counterfeit, or grey-market goods. All products are genuine and sourced from authorised channels.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

  • The Company accepts payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store full card details on its servers.
  • In the event of a pricing error on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify the Customer accordingly.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of order confirmation shall be the binding price for that transaction.

5. Order Placement & Confirmation

An order placed by the Customer constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is formed only upon issuance of an Order Confirmation or dispatch notification by the Company.

  • Order confirmation will be sent to the registered email address and/or mobile number of the Customer.
  • A GST-compliant electronic invoice (tax invoice) will be issued for all orders.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or technical errors, with a full refund to the Customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

The Company endeavours to deliver products within the estimated timelines communicated at checkout. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

  • Delivery is carried out through third-party logistics partners. The Company is not liable for delays caused by the logistics partner, force majeure events, or incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address.
  • In case of non-delivery, the Customer must report the issue to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Deliveries are made within India only, unless otherwise specified.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

The Company's Return and Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

7.1 Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the product being unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
  • Certain product categories (e.g., perishables, personal hygiene items, customised products) are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product listing.

7.2 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) upon submission of bank account details.

7.3 Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled by the Customer before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, button icons, audio/video clips, and software — is the property of CLIQUECART LLP or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trademarks Act, 1999.

  • No content from this Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written consent of the Company.
  • Brand names, product names, and logos are trademarks of the respective owners. Mention of third-party trademarks on this Website does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dwarka, Delhi, India.

  • The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
  • If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.
